7 Hour Venue Rental.
More hours can be rented for $600 per hour.

Saturdays: $9,750
Fridays and Sundays: $8000
Corporate Event/Non-Profit Discounts

Depends on date, size and duration of event.
Blue Ribbon is the preferred caterer.
Outside catering fee (non-preferred caterer): $1,500
Must be a licensed & insured catering company.
Blue Ribbon is required to handle all bar services.
To reserve your date a $3,000 venue deposit is due.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional hours of venue access $350 per hour
Two wooden dining tables/chairs will be removed June through September. To remove the tables and chairs during October through May there will be a $500 fee.
Add clear lucite chairs $7 each (50 available)
A $2000 refundable security deposit (refunded in full if no damage or use of additional hours)
